Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We are able to cancel orders if notified by email (support@itsabikeade.com) before a shipping label has been created. 

How do I get a custom piece?

Click the link in the commission tab under the about section to request a custom piece.

What size should I buy?

All Chelly hats come in two size ranges- please refer to the image description for each hat. For custom sizing, please fill out a commission request at the bottom of the Portfolio page.

All restocks will be announced on the Abike Ade IG page (@abikeadelomo). Follow us on IG to get notified.

When does ______ drop?

All drops will be announced on the @abikeadelomo IG page and via email. Follow us on IG and subscribe to the mailing list below to get notified about new drops.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for customs or import duties outside of the U.S. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Policy page in the footer menu or contact support@itsabikeade.com.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
