Returns

Abike Ade is unable to accept product returns as all items are made as ordered. All sales are final. If there are any issues with your order please contact us at support@itsabikeade.com to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an order is canceled before a shipping label has been created. Contact support@itsabikeade.com if you need to cancel your order before it has shipped.
